Over the past 25 years, the Redwood Six team has succeeded as a principal owner and operator of over 350 golf properties worldwide. The R6 team’s most recent venture was Sequoia Golf Holdings. Beginning in 2003, Sequoia Golf quietly amassed a portfolio of over 50 properties and launched an extraordinary collection of high performance golf-related companies focused on course ownership, management, construction, and hospitality, as well as its own media and IT companies. After a decade of continuous growth during one of the industry’s most challenging environments, Sequoia Golf was successfully acquired by KSL Capital/ClubCorp Holdings (NYSE: MYCC).
